Advance planning


  • Initial meeting to discuss your plans, including expectations and contracts with suppliers

  • Two in-person consultations starting one month before the day of your event, including a site visit (if required)

  • Unlimited contact by phone or email

  • Participation in the rehearsal ceremony and supervision to ensure that all parties understand their roles and responsibilities (if necessary)

  • Detailed itinerary describing all the events of your day and distribution to all suppliers

  • Make sure all deliveries are accurate

Event or ceremony


  • Placement of programs and ceremonial items (if necessary)

  • Review all special seating arrangements with ushers (if necessary)

  • Ensure the delivery, installation, distribution of placement of all bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc. (if necessary)

  • Coordinate the party procession (if necessary)

  • Cue musicians (if necessary)




  • Make sure all decorations and tables are set up according to floor plans

  • Placement of flower arrangements, gift table, party supplies, sweet table, drink table, seat cards, etc. (if necessary)

  • Supervision and management of all contracted suppliers

  • Checking the audio equipment for the speeches and the course of the evening (if necessary)

  • Review timeline with DJ or emcee (includes: arrival and entry, first dance, toast, cup of cake, etc. (if necessary)

  • Greet last minute guests and make sure they find their place

  • Access to an emergency kit (includes items like stain remover, sewing kit, pain relievers, etc.)
